These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Valor Sciences LLC, doing business as Valor Nutrition Sciences (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the valornutritionsciences.com website and our online store (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable sales taxes. Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal through our secure payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs and Timeframes
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@valornutritionsciences.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and compilation thereof (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Valor Sciences LLC or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from our Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
User Content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and Valor Sciences LLC agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Severability
