Shipping Locations

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Washington D.C.
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)

Where We Do Not Ship

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • International addresses
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. boxes (some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes)

Shipping Sources

Important: To ensure the fastest delivery and maintain product freshness, your order may ship from different locations depending on product availability and your shipping address.

Your products may be shipped from:

  • Manufacturer facilities: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure freshness and reduce handling time
  • Third-party fulfillment centers: We partner with fulfillment services located throughout the United States for faster regional delivery
  • Distribution warehouses: Products may ship from our partner warehouses in various locations
  • Multiple locations: If you order multiple products, they may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages

What This Means for You:

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments on different days
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
  • Return addresses on packages may vary depending on the shipping source
  • Each package will include packing information identifying it as part of your order

All shipments, regardless of origin, are carefully coordinated to ensure you receive authentic Valor Nutrition Sciences products with the highest quality standards.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier used for your order is determined by your location, package size, shipping method selected, and the fulfillment location. We select the most efficient carrier to ensure timely delivery.

Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Fulfillment location
  • Order volume during peak seasons
  • Weekends and holidays

Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates based on the carrier’s standard delivery schedule and begin after your order ships (not when the order is placed). Actual delivery times may vary.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order total and destination
  • Tracking: Included

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order total and destination
  • Tracking: Included
  • Note: Not available for all products or locations

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after shipment
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order total and destination
  • Tracking: Included with signature confirmation
  • Note: Must be ordered by 12:00 PM EST for same-day processing

Important: Delivery time estimates do not include processing time. For example, if you select 2-3 day shipping and we have a 1-2 day processing time, your total time to delivery would be 3-5 days from when you placed your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address and distance from fulfillment location
  • Total weight of your order
  • Shipping method selected
  • Current promotions or free shipping offers

Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount. Free shipping offers:

  • Apply to standard shipping only
  • Are available only within the continental United States
  • May exclude certain products or have minimum purchase requirements
  • Terms will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s)
  • The name of the carrier handling your delivery
  • An estimated delivery date
  • A link to track your package

You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Visiting the carrier’s website directly
  • Contacting our customer service team

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after you receive the shipping notification.

Shipping Address Requirements

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please ensure:

  • Street address is correct and complete
  • Apartment, suite, or unit numbers are included if applicable
  • City, state, and ZIP code are accurate
  • Phone number is current (in case the carrier needs to contact you)

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately at info@valornutritionsciences.com or 979-340-6388. We will attempt to update the address, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun
  • After shipment: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request an address change or hold for pickup. Additional fees may apply

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We will notify you via email
  • You will be responsible for re-shipping costs
  • We can either reship the order or issue a refund minus original shipping costs

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check around your property, including side doors and garages
  2. Ask neighbors or household members
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier facility
  4. Wait 24 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
  5. Contact us at info@valornutritionsciences.com if still not located

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. A claim may need to be filed with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents immediately
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@valornutritionsciences.com
  • Include photos and your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package:

  • The package will be returned to the sender (fulfillment location)
  • Once received, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs and any return fees
  • This process may take 2-4 weeks

Special Circumstances

Peak Seasons

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Weather and Natural Disasters

Severe weather events or natural disasters may cause shipping delays or suspensions to affected areas. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes, especially:

  • High-value orders
  • Express shipping orders
  • Orders to areas with high theft rates

If signature is required and you’re unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up at a local facility.

Order Combining

If you place multiple orders in a short time frame, we cannot guarantee they will ship together. Each order is processed independently based on product availability and fulfillment location. Combining orders after they are placed may not be possible.

Customs and Import Duties

While we only ship within the United States, shipments to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) may be subject to local customs or import duties. You are responsible for any such fees.
