30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused: Products must be in their original, unopened condition
  • Original packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • Resalable condition: Products must be in resalable condition with no damage
  • Within 30 days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers

Important Note: For your safety and in compliance with FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplements or nutritional products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Name and email address used for the order
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the product is damaged or defective

Step 2: Receive RMA Number

Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. This number is required for all returns. Do not ship any items back to us without an RMA number, as we will not be able to process your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

After receiving your RMA number:

  • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA email
  • Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number

Return Shipping Address: The return address will be provided in your RMA confirmation email. Do not send returns to our business address listed on the website.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

For standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong product, etc.), you are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Ensuring the product arrives safely back to us
  • Obtaining tracking information for your return shipment

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Our Responsibility

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description on our website

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Refund Process

Inspection Period

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Refund Approval

After inspection, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • The refund amount will be the product price minus any non-refundable shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Processing time is typically 7-10 business days from approval

If rejected:

  • We will explain why the return was rejected
  • We will offer to ship the item back to you at your expense, or dispose of it

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is processed, please allow additional time for the credit to appear in your account:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or tampering
  • Products not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products with damaged packaging due to improper return shipping

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product:

  1. Follow the return process above to return your original item
  2. Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

What to Do

  1. Do not use the product if it appears damaged or defective
  2. Take photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@valornutritionsciences.com
  4. Include in your email: Order number, photos, description of the damage or defect

Our Resolution

For damaged or defective products, we will:

  • Send you a replacement product at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Provide a prepaid return label if we need the damaged product returned

We will prioritize shipping your replacement to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped you the wrong item by mistake:

  1. Contact us at info@valornutritionsciences.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label immediately
  3. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional charge
  4. You will receive a full refund if the correct item is unavailable

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. To cancel:

  • Provide your order number
  • We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery or return the unopened package following our standard return policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we want to help:

  1. Check the tracking: Confirm the delivery address and status
  2. Check with neighbors: Sometimes carriers leave packages with neighbors
  3. Check around your property: Look for alternative delivery locations
  4. Contact the carrier: File a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS
  5. Contact us: We can assist with carrier claims and may offer a one-time courtesy replacement
  6. Note: We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for valuable orders to prevent theft.

    Refused Deliveries

    If you refuse delivery of your order:

    • The package will be returned to us
    • Once received, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier
    • Refunds for refused deliveries typically take 2-3 weeks to process

    International Orders

    We currently only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders at this time. All returns must be shipped from a U.S. address to be eligible for refund.

    Restocking Fees

    We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements. However, returns that do not meet our policy or are returned without authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price.
